budget
100% of donation dollars go to the purchase of food. Our weekly purchase includes chicken, eggs, butter, rice, beans, fruit, potatoes, carrots, onions, garlic, and various other vegetables. By buying wholesale through Restaurant Depot, in conjunction with being a volunteer run organization, we are able to keep our spending low and stretch the dollar far. Spending less than $10 per household, we are able to provide a well balanced, nutritious, and culturally sensitive delivery of groceries each week.
